Dr. Shahab is a board-certified Prosthodontist, specializing in dental implants, aesthetic dentistry, and reconstructive dentistry. He earned his dental degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and furthered his education with a Masters of Science and Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Toronto. As a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Dr. Shahab is deeply committed to providing exceptional care to his patients.
With a primary focus on full-jaw dental implant solutions, Dr. Shahab is dedicated to conducting extensive research in this field. His passion for advancing patient care and education is evident from his background as a former teaching staff member at the University of Toronto and a clinical instructor in the postgraduate department.
Dr. Shahab’s commitment to improving oral health extends globally through his volunteer work. He has participated in missions in Vietnam, Guatemala, Tanzania, and Pakistan, where he promoted oral health awareness and provided much-needed dental care to underserved communities.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Shahab enjoys a diverse range of activities, including squash, cricket, gaelic football, soccer and rugby. He also finds joy in exploring new destinations through travel and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Liverpool Football Club. He brings the same level of enthusiasm and dedication to his family life with his wife and son as he does to his professional endeavors.
